Throughout the pandemic, Apisero has remained deeply committed to providing support to our employees, their families, and local communities. We understand the power of unity, especially when faced with unprecedented adversity, and believe in using our global platform to enact change in the places we work and live.Â
In May, Apisero joined hands with Give India — India’s largest and most trusted donation platform — and its partner NGOs to launch a global employee giving and matching campaign to further our impact on the ground. This fund, which opened to public contributions in the latter half of May, aims to provide relief to the nation’s most vulnerable populations, critical COVID patients, and healthcare workers battling India’s second wave of SARS-CoV-2.
With the help of your charitable contributions, we are thrilled to announce that we have exceeded our initial fundraising goal by 137%, raising over $46,000 in support of COVID relief efforts across PAN India!
Your donations have directly impacted the people of India, including many of our colleagues and their families. Every donation, both large and small are contributed to providing N-95 masks, PPE kits, oxygen supply, hand sanitizers, medical beds, vaccination, and the establishment of COVID care centers across the country.Â
These medical supplies and life-saving equipment helped strengthen the nation’s otherwise exhausted healthcare infrastructure and reduced the spread of the virus among frontline workers and critical patients.Â
Apisero continues to be highly devoted to our mission to support the people in India, home to over 750 Apiseroans.
